赵丛的第一张独奏专辑。使用硬纸管与日常物件。她把麦克风深入到纸管内部，从而拾取到非常独特的声音。

A面曲目为麦克风的原声录音。B面曲目中将麦克风连入无输入调音台的反馈系统，从而带来另一种声音体验。

录制于2016年6月9日。没有过剪辑与叠录。2019年浦裕幸对这些录音进行了母带处理。目前在网络上的是re-master版本。

2019年东京厂牌Ftarri出版的赵丛独奏专辑《Rotating, Rotating》收录了《两次，或更多》（重命名为《Electric Rotating》），以及《下午》的同期未选用录音（命名为《Acoustic Rotating》）。
